As of July 22, 2025, the project was awarded to the following: Konzel Construction Co., Inc. - $2,765,000.00 - Contract 2025-01: Pump Station – General Construction McCurley Houston Electric Inc - 1,062,000.00 - Contract 2025-02: Pump Station – Electrical Construction W.A. Petrakis Contracting, LLC. - $6,969,815.00 - Contract 2025-03: Gravity Sewer and Force Main – General Construction Total awarded amount of $10.796.815. This project includes replacement of over 15,000 LF of gravity sewer pipe with pipe sizes ranging 8-inch through 36-inch. The project also involves installation of approximately 1,200 LF of new force main ranging between 14-16-inches. Gravity sewer and force main includes several stream, wetland, PennDOT, Railroad, municipal road, and private road crossings. Contractor will also be asked to report any lead water service lines within excavation of sanitary sewer facilities and replace components only as directed by Zelienople Borough Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%.
