Description

Renovation of a military facility in Sheppard AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Task Order - Repair Dormitories B862 & B882 The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with these contract documents consists of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, materials, and incidental related work; and constructing, installing, and performing all work shown and described in the contract documents. The work includes Repair Dormitories, B862 & B882. Carpet replacement with carpet tile and new 6" rubber base in Offices, Briefing, Dayrooms and Computer Rooms. Dorm rooms - 4 floors each will have new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) total 300 living quarters per building. Paint walls, hard ceilings, and metal doors/frames & refinish wood doors in Commons & Dorms. Anti-skid treads & risers on stairs. Install resinous epoxy flooring in Stairs/Laundry. Replace all shower valves, risers & heads in dorm bathrooms. Add a 4 foot FRP panel wainscot with trim and 2"x2" vinyl/alum corner guards along mail room corridor walls as detailed. Repair porcelain tile floor/base in corridors where missing. Make minor drywall, gypsum repairs, fill-in, prep, blend texture and paint previously painted walls/ceilings in Commons & Dorms throughout. All work to be shown on the plans and specifications. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 600 calendar days
