Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Sheppard AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract shall be executed as Design- Build in accordance with these contract documents consists of furnishing all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidental related work; for designing, coordinating, constructing, installing, testing, and preforming all work shown and described in the contract documents. Contract drawings (concept) being provide to the contractor have been developed to a 35% level of completion and are to be advanced by subsequent submittals by the design build contractor to a 65%, 95% and 100% level of completion for construction according to the submittal requirements and submittal schedule described here-in, demolishing existing sections of HVAC in this facility that are past service life and require replacement. The work includes: The work includes repair/replacement of select HVAC system chiller, pumps, and humidifiers. 1. Replace Existing Chilled Water Pumps, CHWP-1 &2 2. Replace Existing Heating Hot Water Pumps, HHWP-1 & 2 3. Replace existing humidifier and associated steam piping and dispersion tube. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 150 calendar days
