Site work and renovation of a military facility in Sheppard AFB, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED OTHER THAN WHAT IS STATED BELOW. The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain qualified general contractors to compete in a future solicitation. Description: This project consist of site work to prepare for install of a fabricated pod structure. All MEP and pod finishes will be included in this work. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
