The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Provide roofing system on: WHHS Building X TPO Roof Replacement (Base Bid) WHHS Cafeteria TPO Roof Replacement (Base Bid) EHHS Cafeteria TPO Roof Replacement (Alternate No. 1) 100% Performance and Payment Bond are required if contract is $300,000 or greater.
