Renovation of a medical facility in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project will consist of approximately 36,000 square feet of major renovation within the main hospital to create the new unit and adjacent support spaces. Multiple design concepts are being considered at this time. UNC Health Pardee reserves the unqualified right to reject any and / or all submittals, and to waive any informalities in so far as it is authorized to do so and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of UNC Health Pardee.
