Site work for a mixed-use development in Etowah, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a day care center; and water / sewer project.
Drainage Improvements Approximately 193 LF of storm drainage piping and inlets including clearing and tree removal as necessary and temporary removal and replacement of fencing as necessary for construction. There will be no mandatory prebid meeting conducted for this project. Bidders may visit the site as needed to review field conditions. The facility is currently not in operation. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for all proposals. Henderson County encourages small, female, minority, and local Contractors to bid on this project.
