ITB submittals must be clearly marked: ITB #020-0-2025/JB Sumter County New Single Family Residence Construction for Applegate. Upon submission, all bids will become the property of the BOCC, who has the right to use any or allide as presented in any packages submitted in response to this ITB, whether or not the bid is accepted. All others wishing to receive an official tabulation of the results of the opening of this Bid are to contact Jordan Bailey via email at Purchasing@sumtercountyfl.gov. The East 1/2 of the following described parcel of land: Commence at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NW of Section 14, Township 18 South, Range 22 East, Sumter County, Florida, run thence North (reference bearing) along the West line of said Section 14 a distance of 735.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, run thence East a distance of 572.14 feet, thence North 250.21 feet, thence West 572.14 feet of the West line of said Section 14 said pont being 340.00 feet South of the NW corner of said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, run thence South 250.21 feet to the P.O.B. Board of Sumter County Commissioners State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Owner's Agent: Board of Sumter County Commissioners 7375 Powell Road Wildwood, FL. 34785 TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East 15 feet of the following described parcel: Beginning 15 feet South and 572 feet East of the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 14, Township 18 South, Range 22 East, Sumter County, Florida, thence run South 325 feet, thence run West 203 l/7th feet, thence run North 325 feet, thence East 203 l/7th feet to P.O.B. For deductible amounts that exceed the amounts stated herein that areacceptable to the BOCC, the Contractor shall, when requested by the BOCC, maintain a Commercial Surety Bond in an amount equal to said deductible amount.
