The City of Wildwood is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a new pressure/ flow control valve, control valve controller, flow meter, pressure gauges and 6 ductile iron pipe, along with the required control panel upgrades and system integration. Included in this bidding opportunity is the demolition of the existing valve assembly, flow meter, well pump, piping, and potable supply well per the contract documents. Furnish, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, and services, including labor for the work of installing a new pressure/flow control valve, control valve controller, flow meter, pressure gauges and 6" ductile iron pipe, along with the required control panel upgrades and system integration. Demolition of the existing valve assembly, flow meter, well pump, piping, and potable supply well per the contract documents. City of Wildwood will receive sealed bids for construction of the CCC WTP NO.1 DECOMMISSIONING. All contractors licensed by the State of Florida are hereby invited to submit a bid on the above-mentioned project CONTRACT TIME: Construction time to achieve Substantial Completion is 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion. Total construction duration is 120 consecutive calendar days. A 5% bid bond is required for this project, to be submitted with bids. The Owner will require that the Contractor furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. All Payment and Performance Bonds shall be secured from or countersigned by an agency or surety company recognized in good standing and authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
