Demolition oftwo residential structures located at 639 & 641 Main Street, Coalport, PA Contract COAL 639 641 Main A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Redevelopment Authority of Clearfield County, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) ofthe total ofthe Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed Non-Collusion affidavit with the bid. Bids over $25,000 will require PA Prevailing Wage. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest ofthe Owner.
