The Project consists of the replacement and repair of wood athletic flooring, replacement of carpet, repair of the metal deck and new roof curb around mechancial louvers in the natatoriums, a new interior storage room closet, and construction of new exterior trench drains, site grading, and connections to existing underground stormwater collection systems. City of Rogers is accepting sealed bids for the Rogers Adult Wellness Repairs. Work will include the following trades: (Concrete), (Roofing), (Doors, Frames, and Hardware Supply), (Door & Hardware Installation), Metal Studs, Drywall, Insulation and Acoustical Ceilings), (Flooring), (Wood Gym Flooring), (Painting), (Fire Sprinkler), (HVAC), (Electrical), (Earthwork and Storm Drainage), and (Landscaping & Irrigation). **Please note that successful bidders will be required to sign Milestone Construction Company's standard subcontract / purchase order with no modifications and follow Milestone's safety policies. Copies of these documents are available for review in Milestone's Bid Manual. Subcontractors will be required to furnish insurance as outlined in the specifications, as well as provide a waiver of subrogation and list Milestone Construction, Owner, and Architect as an additional insured. The Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any information in proposals received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposals without consent of the owner.
