Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tillamook, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Pursuant to ORS 279C.412 and City Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0160(3), the City of Tillamook (City) is requesting written quotes to Coatsville Park Project. The project consists of approximately 2000sqft of filter fabric at a depth of 11" below grade followed by 7.5" of gravel compacted to 95%, followed by poured in place rubber 3.5" thick. A new piece of playground equipment (provided by city) will be installed by contractor to replace the old piece of equipment that broke last summer. (Project).
