As of July 18, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of replacement of 50' of 15" sanitary sewer, construction of 140' of forcemain 6" to 10", installation of a polycrete manhole, and CIPP rehabilitation of a 15-inch interceptor along Gratiot Road. Each proposal shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to Thomas Township as security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive an informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner.
