Project description: This Request for Bids is for the procurement only. A list of materials is attached and shall include shipping cost. Special instructions: Bidders shall provide systems that meet or exceed the following general requirements: _ Solar-powered and self-contained units _ MUTCD-compliant (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) _ Dual-sided LED flashing signs _ Wireless activation pushbuttons (ADA-compliant) _ Pole-mounted assemblies (2 "square post) _ All associated mounting hardware and manuals A detailed specification sheet may be requested or provided upon request. Bid Requirements All bids must include: _ Itemized cost _ Total cost _ Estimated lead time and delivery schedule _ Warranty information Project estimate: $45,000 The City of Flushing is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of solar-powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs), LED lit stop signs and LED lit crosswalk signs and all the necessary hardware.
