The Work of this Contract is generally described as replacement of the UV disinfection system and associated improvements to the surrounding site and structure, building, HVAC equipment, and electrical and controls components. Site Directions:Take I-75 to the Pierson Rd Exit and turn west on to Pierson Rd. Take Follow Pierson Rd until it dead ends at Flushing Rd/Main St and turn right (NW). Follow Main St until it dead ends at N Seymour Rd and turn right (NW). Follow N Seymour Rd about 0.5 miles and turn right onto Industrial Dr. Follow Industrial Dr. all the way back to the WWTP. Question Deadline 09/29/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening for Bids may not be answered
