Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Flushing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the 3" milling and resurfacing of approximately 0.16 miles of Bellewood Drive, and 1.5" milling of approximately 0.20 miles of Bellewood Drive extending from Flushing Road to Oakwood Drive. The proposed improvements will include curb and gutter replacements, driveway replacements, drainage structure adjusts and new covers as needed. This project will also include other associated items like turf establishment and traffic control, potential sidewalk and sidewalk ramps as needed. Each Bid will be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Flushing as security for the proper execution of the Agreement.
