Bid Bond form, proposed City-Contractor Agreement, Bidders Information Sheet form, Exhibits, and any Addenda issued prior to closing of the scheduled time for accepting bids. No facsimiles or emails will be accepted. The successful bidder shall comply, and shall be bound by, the provisions of Missouri law pertaining to the payment of wages on public works projects contained in RSMo. Sections 290.210 through 290.340. In accordance with Missouri law, the successful bidder shall not pay less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages specified by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards to all workmen performing work covered by the statute under any contract entered into with the City. The city intends to award the contract during their June 2, 2025 Board of Alderpersons meeting. The city reserves the right to reschedule this meeting due to any unforeseen circumstances.
