The project is located at Kokee, Kauai, Hawaii. The work shall generally consist of removal of the existing asphalt shingle roof, installation of a new P7 corrugated metal roof and other related work at Kokee State Park - Campground Comfort Station, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to comfort station reroof and other incidental work. Since the estimated value of the cost of construction is less than $250,000, the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes _103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall not apply.
