Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" electrical services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with one (1) additional one (1) year option period, with a maximum estimated value of $300,000.00 ($150,000 per year). Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be within the range of $2,000 to $10,000, with maximum value call-up limit of $25,000.00. The selected contractor will be required to hold a Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
