Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Petawawa, Ontario. Completed plans call civil work for a military facility, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). This project is for the construction of the 2 Service Battalion Administration Company Building at Garrison Petawawa. Construction will consist of a new 12,000 square metre facility. The new building is multi-use consisting of offices, vehicle maintenance areas and vehicle storage. Construction of this building will also include exterior improvements, paved parking areas and utilities. Overall project value is estimated at $95,500,000. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in September 2025. This is conditional on receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND).
