As part of the early planning phase for the Canadian Special Operations Training Centre (CSOTC) Infrastructure project, this Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to identify and engage a qualified Mechanical Poly-Partner to join the project team under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a collaborative partnership with a contractor who brings proven experience in IPD methodology, a strong commitment to preconstruction collaboration, and the technical capability to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. This partner will work closely with the owner, design team, and other key stakeholders from the earliest stages of design through construction and commissioning. The selected partner will play a critical role in achieving the project's goals for schedule, budget, sustainability, and performance through a transparent, team-based approach.
