A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** General Construction Contractor is responsible for all items indicated in the Contract Documents, with the exception of items that fall under the responsibility of other Contracts as indicated below or elsewhere in the Contract Documents (Unless otherwise noted). The GCC is responsible for all work outside of the 5'-0" drip line including but not limited to: trenching and excavation, preparation and installation of conduit as specified in the contract documents. The General Construction Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors.
