Description: Provide labor, material and equipment for removing and replacing vinyl fencing and installing 6' cedar shadow box fence per scope of work Davis-Bacon Wage rates will apply to this job. See attached rates. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: See attached Scope of Work. Please contact Darren Brown @ 580-235-6742 with any questions Contractor will provide all labor, materials & equipment required to complete work. All work will be done to state and local codes. Contractoris responsible for all utility locates, clean up, and ground finish work. Contractor will be responsible for repair to any utility lines damage. Housing contact will need to complete an inspection at the beginning of the project, between each phase of the project, and then again forthe final inspection Fence to set 10 foot o/froad. See attacheddrawings. 6-foot cedar shadow box fences with top caps, stained In pecan, and seal. Install post mortar post to be concreted a minimum of 2 feet deep. No post showing. Removal of old vinyl fencing. Clearing of anything In the way of fence. Fence to run North & South along Texas Street. Repair vinyl fence along North, South, and West side of complex. Utilizing vinyl from Texas street side to repair existing damaged vinyl fence, replace any damaged vinyl fence that the existing materials will not fix.
