Consisting of the Quadplex Building located at 1225/1227/1229/1231 N. Stockton Ave. at project OK240002 which is Housing Authority owned and located in Ada, Oklahoma. Bids will include all necessary labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the described work. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities are retained until the contract is awarded. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for PERFORMANCE, PAYMENT and DEFECT BOND or bonds or other acceptable forms of guarantee. Any addenda issued during the time prior to bidding are to be acknowledged in the proposal and in closing a contract, they will become a part thereof. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids and to accept the bid that, in its judgment, is in its own best interest.
