As of July 17, 2025, project is awarded to Integrity Environmental Solutions in the amount of$996,873.75. The Houston County Board of Commissioners is accepting Sealed Proposals, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the SR 247 MSW Landfill, 2025 Phase 6 GCCS Expansion The Project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals and performing all work required to construct in place and ready to operate a landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) expansion in the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. An existing GCCS is in operation at the landfill. The proposed expansion consists of installing vertical and horizontal gas extraction wells with associated HDPE lateral and header pipe, isolation valves, air line, force main, other related improvements, and erosion and sedimentation control items. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Bond, prepared on the form of Proposal Bond attached to the Request for Proposals or a Surety Company's Standard Proposal Bond, duly executed by the Proposer as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of 100 percent of the Proposal. The successful Proposer for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Proposal. Houston County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, which are not in the County's best interest, to waive informalities and to re-advertise.
