Bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the Impervious Surface Removal at 102 N. Davis Drive per the specifications and attached pictures. All proposals must include the following: Clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. All areas surrounding the work site shall be protected from debris or damage. All work shall be substantially completed within thirty days of the issued purchase order unless approved by the Purchasing Office. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations.
