Reference number: 20070713 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-23 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 3 Description: The Institut de technologie agroalimentaire du Québec (ITAQ) requires the services of a contractor to carry out various works in the main pavilion of its Saint-Hyacinthe campus, during the 2025 summer vacation period. During the 2025 holiday period, the ITAQ wishes to carry out the following work in its main pavilion in Saint-Hyacinthe: - Installation of interactive electronic boards and whiteboards, as well as refitting work in 15 of its classrooms; - Installation of a goods reception area at the main entrance; - Repairs and refurbishment of the infirmary; - Repairs to the flexible floor coverings in some areas; - Installation of small horticultural equipment. Start of works: 9 June 2025 End of works: 30 September 2025 The most important part of the work will have to be completed before the start of the new school year, scheduled for 18 August 2025. However, the Contract will run until the end of September to allow for the completion of minor works or the correction of deficiencies. After the start of the school year, the work cannot be carried out during the periods when the premises concerned are occupied, and will have to be coordinated more closely with the Project Manager
