The development of this terrace includes the demolition of two small buildings, integrating the space of several parking spaces on Saint-Francois and Saint-Simon streets, as well as a section of Saint-Antoine street and the pavement bordering "Place Frontenac". This project also includes the installation of the various products supplied by the City and the work carried out by Cogeco. Only one (optional) site visit per bidder may take place before submitting a bid. In order to preserve the confidentiality of the identity of potential bidders, the site visit will take place on an individual basis, and by appointment only, during the week of June 23, 2025. Tenderers must make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
