PROJECT NAME: SAWTOOTH SUNBEAM DAM STAIRS PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project removes and replaces a large set of stairs at the Sunbeam Dam Interpretive in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area of the Sawtooth National Forest, Custer County, Idaho, in Section 20, T11N, R15E. It is located approximately 13 miles east of Stanley, Idaho. The project is accessed from State Highway 75. Magnitude of Construction: Between 100,000 and 250,000.
