All responses will be addressed via Addendum posted to the bid procurement website. The deadline for submitting bid questions is by time. All questions are to be sent to the office of the Saccoccio & Associates Architects, 1085 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910 the attention of Kyle Robinson, AIA or emailed to Kyle Robinson (Kyle@sa-architects.com) and Jason Martin (Jason.martin@scituateschoolsri.net) Bid Bond - 5 % Performance Bond - 100 % Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid. Bid security shall be in the form of bid bond or a certified check payable to Scituate Public Schools. Beneficiary of the bond shall be Scituate Public Schools. A Performance Bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a Labor and Material Payment Bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price with a satisfactory surety company will be required of the successful bidder.
