Renovation of a municipal facility in Oriskany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Description Replace Roofs, Buildings 3, 5 & 9 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $69,200 for C). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 for C. The substantial completion date for this project is 352 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 3% Event Site Walkthrough note: Note that parking restrictions and security provisions will apply, and all vehicles will be subject to search. Refer to Document 002218 for any additional requirements for attendance at the pre-bid site visit Phone the office of James Bailey (315-736-6721) a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the date to provide the names of those who will attend the pre-bid site visit. Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 48 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
