The Contractor shall be responsible for all required materials, equipment and personnel to manage, administer, and supervise the service. All workmanship shall be of good quality and performed in a skillful manner as determined by the Project Manager (PM). Contractor shall repair chiller# 2. Contractor shall repair any items required for testing the operation of chiller# 2 mechanically and electronically at Building 6330, JBSA-LAK Texas, McQuay Model # AWS170BDSE. Contractor shall be fully trained and experienced. Contractor shall supply the materials and service described in this document below. All work shall be conducted in compliance with the AHRI standards, Manufacture Installation Manuals and any other applicable criteria.
