The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, personnel, supervision, vehicles and other items necessary to assess/repair and perform maintenance on Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) lodging facilities on Lackland AFB and Randolph AFB. The HVAC repairs and maintenance required under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) include assess/repair of air handler units, fan coil units, water source heat pump/split system units, assess York chiller leaks, and assess/perform maintenance on condensing units as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract and shall be bonded and licensed in the state of Texas. The steps described in Appendices 1-5 may not be all inclusive, the contractor is required to complete repairs to ensure properly functioning equipment before leaving the site. /Concerns. Shall be submitted via to Daniel Schmitt at daniel.schmitt.5us.af.mil no later than Monday 26 June 2025 by 10:00 AM CDT (or sooner if possible). Subject line of shall include FA301625Q0089/NAF lodging HVAC Services/. Late and concerns will not be accepted nor reviewed.
