The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform inspection, testing, recharging, maintenance, and repair of fire suppression systems to ensure serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness. Services include semi-annual maintenance and hydrostatic testing of wet and dry chemical fire suppression systems, quarterly inspection and cleaning of DFAC UV systems, reimbursable parts replacement and repair for fire suppression and UV systems, and emergency services during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The contractor must be licensed by the State of Texas and fully qualified to inspect and test all fire suppression systems across JBSA installations, including Randolph, Lackland, Chapman & Kelly Annex, and Ft. Sam Houston. Location: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Installations: JBSA-Randolph, JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Chapman Annex, JBSA-Kelly Annex, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston San Antonio, TX 78236 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
