THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The Regional Contracting Office - Parris Island is seeking vendors who can provide shower trailers for a Hurricane Evacuation Exercise that will take place tentatively on June 1 2025 to Nov 31 2025. This evacuation will take place aboard USAG Fort Knox, KY 40121-57. We would like all interested vendors to submit pricing along with their capability statements for planning purposes. All feedback and information received is for Market Research Purposes. Requirement: The parking facility maintained by the contractor must meet or exceed the following requirements: Shower Trailers i. Estimated Quantity: 10 ii. Cleaned (1) time a day iii. Grey/black water removal included in service iv. Supplied with power source and cleaning solution v. Water source will be provided by the government Period of Performance: June 1 2025 to Nov 31 2025; All items/services are subject to planning aboard Marine Corps Reruiting Depot Parris Island.
