Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a retail development.
Proposals are solicited for performing all work in strict accordance with the drawings, specifications, schedules, and exhibits listed. The project location is Fort Knox, Kentucky, for the Mini Mall Express Image Update. This project will update and repair the interior of the Ft. Knox Mini Mall and Express. The existing facility will receive an interior remodel to upgrade the interior to current Exchange branding standards. Upgrades include new finishes, fixtures, and graphics to the mall and food court, as well as reconfiguration of the Express floor arrangement. The work also includes limited electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The contractor will commence work within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed and shall complete the work within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, including final clean-up of premises. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be prepared in strict accordance with the instructions to offerors and conditions of proposals/awards. Offerors should carefully review all instructions and requirements. Proposals must be sent via email before the specified deadline. Required submission documents include a completed proposal response form with completed Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) representation, completed financial and technical capability data sheet, completed BAA/TAA construction form, and a proposal bond from a surety listed on the US Treasury Circular 570. The company submitting the most advantageous offer will be required to provide a signed W9, a blank invoice, and company letterhead. If awarded the contract, performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance, and the Electronic Payment Authorization Form will be required at the pre-construction meeting. Technical questions must be emailed by the stated deadline. Past performance documentation is required to demonstrate capability. The agreement document in the solicitation is for review only and is not to be signed until contract award. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $1,000,000.00 and $2,500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
