The Village of Riverside (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Riverside Pedestrian Bridge over Cutler Creek Rehab. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 Questions shall be directed to Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architect DPC, to Andrew E. Kinsley, PE at kinsleya@hunt-eas.com or 607-358-1000. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bondmade payable to the Village of Riverside, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may, at their discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, not does this represent that the Owner will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such wavier, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) after the actual date of the opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Riverside reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids.
