Intent & Scope of Work RCOC is seeking a written proposal for this scope of work and total lump-sum price, for providing all the labor, equipment and materials to line an existing 18-inch CMP pipe under a GM road as specified in the attached drawings and specifications. The project consists of the following specifications: • The following are the site conditions below surface of the road: o Water level assumed 5 feet o Inlet is at 7 feet o Outlet is at 13 feet o 18” CMP is 60 feet long • Location is near 2425 General Motors Rd.
