Ref. #: CIP 25-14 The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove and replace asphalt pavement and complete curb, asphalt and underground detention and Storm Drainage improvements on 1700 East from approximately Richins Road to 12600 South as described in the project plans and specifications. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
