Site work for a water / sewer project in Atoka, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Atoka invites sealed bids from qualified companies to complete the pipe lining located 850 feet west of the intersection of J E Blaydes Parkway and Farmer Trail in Atoka, TN. Pipes to be lined include five 60 inch corrugated metal pipes (CMP), 50 feet long each. Pipe lining shall not decrease flow capacity by more than 5%. Pipe lining shall provide adequate structural strength to support roadway and live loads after full degradation of existing pipe. Pipe lining must have a minimum service life of 30 years All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of construction herein described and as required by Tennessee Code Annotated. Acceptable contractor classifications are: HRA. Bid opening will occur immediately at 9:00 a.m. on the submission date. Any bids received after the scheduled submission deadline will be returned unopened to the bidder. Fax bids will not be accepted The Town of Atoka is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The Town of Atoka reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, and/or all proposals, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
