The Town of Atoka invites sealed bids from qualified companies to complete pipe lining located 0.5 miles west of the intersection of Rosemark Road and Walker Parkway. Pipes to be lined include 61 feet of 52 inch 69 inch (52"x 69") elliptical corrugated metal pipe (CMP) connected to 22 feet of 59 inch by 81 inch (59" x 81") elliptical CMP. 61 feet of 60 inch CMP - pipe is located in the adjacent public park (Pioneer Park) and connects pond overflow drop structure to outlet end wall. Pipe lining shall not decrease flow capacity by more than 5%. Pipe lining shall provide adequate structural strength to support roadway and live loads after full degradation of existing pipe. Pipe lining must have a minimum service life of 30 years. All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of construction herein described and as required by Tennessee Code Annotated. Acceptable contractor classifications are: HRA. Bid opening will occur immediately at 9:00a.m. on the submission date. Any bids received after the scheduled submission deadline will be returned unopened to the bidder. Fax bids will not be accepted. The Town of Atoka is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
