**As of June 19, 2025, the project was awarded to Pasquazzi Bros, but the awarded amount is not available.** Demolition of a school building. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. There is no Pre-Bid Conference or Site Visits for this bid. Both sites can be visited by interested parties at any time , having examined the plans and specifications and related documents and the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed project including the availability of materials and labor, hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, and supplies, and to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents and the plans and specifications within the time set forth below, and at the prices stated below. These prices are to cover all expenses incurred in performing the work required under the contract documents, of which this bid is a part Question Deadline 05/28/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Every request forsuch interpretation must be submitted in writing, and to be given consideration must be received prior to the date fixed for the submission of the bids.
