As of June 27, 2025, project was awarded to Echo Electric, LLC but award amount is not available. Separate sealed bids for the Upper Hathaway Park Bollard Lighting Project consisting of: Furnishing and installing decorative LED bollard-style trail lighting in Upper Hathaway Park along the east-end walking path trail to improve visibility and deter vandalism. Work includes electrical connections, trenching (if needed), permitting, and all associated materials and labor. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS This project includes furnishing and installing 20 concrete bollard-style LED lighting fixtures, per City of Vancouver standard detail T07-03A. Fixtures shall be spaced approximately 30 feet apart along the 620~ft path between the eastern parking area (adjacent to the pickleball courts) and the western trailhead near the parking lot. Work includes trenching, conduit, power connection, fixture installation, site restoration, and coordination with City personnel. Fixtures must be full-cut off, vandal-resistant, and directed downward to avoid illuminating the pickleball courts or neighboring properties. Question Submission Deadline:June 3, 2025, 3:30pm
