PISD is looking to obtain responses from vendors that can provide Nutrition Services Walk-in Cooler and Freezer Systems Replacement. Initial Contract Period August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026 Shaw Middle School ITEM NO. 01 - WALK-IN COOLER EVAPORATOR COIL Model No: BEL0105 or Equivalent Quantity: 1 Each Electrical: 115v/1ph Evaporator coils shall be a direct expansion type. Evaporators used will be all "Underwriters Laboratory Listed" supplied from factory with an electronic expansion valve, solenoid valve and Eco-Smart on- demand defrost controller, pre-wired and pre-piped under nitrogen pressure and designed for use with the refrigerant specified. ITEM NO. 02 - WALK-IN FREEZER EVAPORATOR COIL Model No: BEL0155 or Equivalent Quantity: 1 Each Electrical: 208v/1ph Turnkey Installation of the refrigeration rack at Shaw Middle School 1) Turnkey Removal and replacement of walk-in cooler/ freezer refrigeration system (electrical included). 2) Aluminum UV protection for exposed refrigeration lines included in pricing. 3) Turnkey installation of new RDT refrigeration rack, including the disconnect, reconnect, and modifications to the electrical service supplying the rack and evaporator coils. 4) Refrigerant leak detectors if required are by others. 5) Work to be performed at regular time hours 6) Remove old equipment to specified location South Houston High School ITEM NO. 05 - WALK-IN COOLER EVAPORATOR COIL Model No: BEL0155 or Equivalent Quantity: 1 Each Electrical: 115v/1ph Evaporator coils shall be a direct expansion type.
