The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for constructing guard booths at gates 5, 15, SOUTH POST, and MAIN GATE LANE 2 on Fort McCoy, WI. Please note: the pre-solicitation for this requirement was W911SA25BA010 and the solicitation is W911SA25BA013. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 460 calendar days QUESTIONS DEADLINE: All questions, concerns, verification or clarification of information regarding this solicitation, scope, and any documents included in the solicitation package shall be submitted in writing to kristine.k.scholz.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 AM, CDT on Wednesday, 2 July 2025. Include in the subject line of the email the Government's solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government's ability to ensure all questions are considered during the bidding process. Provide your company name, POC and contact information in the body of the email. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
