Geer Park Sports Field Improvements and Dog Park Project No.: 816.007.001 WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work under this contract includes soccer field regrading and drainage improvements, construction of a fenced dog park, prefabricated picnic shelters, and associated site furnishings. Improvements will also be made to the path, pedestrian crossing, irrigation, sidewalk extension, and associated stormwater improvements. Engineer's Estimate $2,700,000 to $3,100,000. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
