Replacement of plumbing fixtures; reconfiguration of supply and sanitary plumbing for new fixtures. Reconfiguration of electrical power for renovated spaces and new appliances; replacement and additional lighting fixtures. Replacement of bathroom and kitchen ventilation fans connected to existing ductwork. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 08/12/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidders Update Statement. TRADES Electrical Work General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the WORCESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. Request for waivers must be sent to EOHLC (Chad.Howard@mass.gov) 5 calendar days prior to the General Bid date.
