REPLACE RETAINING WALL BETWEEN BOCCE COURT AND VAN NESS. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 The National Park Service, Contracting Operation West, is seeking a qualified ion firm to install a new cast-in-place retaining wall at San Francisco Maritime NHP (SAFR). The Work will include the abandonment of an existing approximately 75 lineal foot lower wood retaining wall with ion of new cast-in-place concrete retaining wall in front of existing wall. New driven piles will be connected adjacent to existing wood piles to help support existing wall during the approximately 2 feet of vertical excavation for new concrete retaining wall footing. This work also includes the demolition of approximately 50 lineal foot upper wood retaining wall and replacing with new cast-in-place concrete retaining wall. Partial demolition and replacement of the existing sidewalk and fencing will be done to allow room for new concrete retaining wall ion excavation. Additionally, project will require the removal of designated trees, shed and foundation, benches, and existing vegetation. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between 500,000 and 1,000,000.
