Contract Number: FA-5764.22-26, PIN 5764.22 CR#: 2133356 This project involves reconstruction of 0.44 centerline miles of Maple Street (CR241) from Main Street (Rte 20A/78/16) to Village Line in the Village of East Aurora. Improvements include full depth pavement reconstruction, drainage replacement, sidewalk replacements including curb ramps, and pavement markings. Minor work on BIN3328040 will include sidewalk and curb replacement, snow storage replacement, and mill/overlay of the asphalt wearing surface. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds guaranteeing performance of work and prompt payment from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. The successful Bidder and all subcontractors must provide the NYSDOL Certificate of Contractor Registration and have an approved CCA-2 on file with NYSDOT prior to being awarded a contract.
