The scope involves the purchase of three (3) 34.5 KV Pad Mounted Cast Coil Olsun Transformers for the University at Buffalo. The contractor is expected to provide these transformers, manage the logistics of their delivery, and deliver customer service to the University. Bidders are to submit a fixed unit price for the transformers as listed under “Product Line Items” within the specified section of the eProcurement system. Pricing must be net, F.O.B. Destination, with no additional delivery charges, and all title transfers upon delivery to the University. Only those prices submitted in the required format will be considered; no alternative quotes will be accepted. The contract term is one year with an option to renew for an additional year upon mutual agreement. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder with the lowest total price, as per applicable New York State laws and University policies. Bidders are required to comply with all solicitation requirements, including submission deadlines and instructions on the university’s eProcurement platform. Late bids will not be considered except in specific circumstances. Questions are to be submitted through the designated Q&A board in the eProcurement system before the stated deadline.
